Accra News sources are reporting, the former Deputy Minister for Tourism Affairs, Dzifa Gomeshie and the Ghana Chairman have jointly organized a health walk in a suburb of Ketu South, Agbozume.
Accra News sources have it that, Former Deputy Minister for Tourism affairs was seen participating in the said event amid the presence of a mammoth crowd.
Former Tourism Minister, in effect, helped delivered the mammoth health walks.
Accra News can confirm the event took place early this morning: the former Minister and the NDC Executives per our checks allegedly appeared without a facemask.
Even assuming without admitting that she wears a facemask what about the mammoth crowd following her?
However social media reactions were booming; excerpts of some below.
Sacho Akusa Darlington: The NDC parliamentary candidate for Ketu South Hon Abla Dzifa Gomashie and the party executives defied every odd and organized a health walk as against the suspension of all campaign by their flag bearer. How insulting to the Rawlings family. How insensitive!!!! These people are so desperate for power that they cannot even honour their founder in his death by observing the 7 days of mourning to show some little respect and give honour to their founder. How can someone who wants to lead Ketu South in parliament act with so much impudence and disrespect to the very founder of the party on whose ticket she is standing? How can a woman be so insensitive to another woman who has lost her husband? How wicked of her? Can’t we allow the 7 days of mourning to elapse then we carry on with our self-inflicted egoistic self-search for power that won’t even come? I am highly disappointed in Hon Abla Dzifa Gomashie and the NDC party in Ketu South for organizing this senseless health walk while the whole country and the entire world is mourning a statesman who gave Ghana its fourth republic.
Sewaa Brown: You people who are throwing trash against this post are very limited in your brain. Is Dzifa bigger than the NDC party? What is the stand of the party in this sad era? What did JM say about the political activities of the party in this tragic moment? What did H.E the President of the Republic of Ghana said? Both of them have suspended the political activities of all the political parties in Ghana. Dzifa goes against the decisions of the JM and Mr. President and you dirty stupid NDC lads are supporting her. Wake up a bit. Wake up from your dead goat syndrome. Thank you, Hon Sancho, your post is on point. Don’t mind these donkeys.
Courage: NPP women inherit their deceased MP husbands and mount campaign platforms minutes after their husbands are declared dead. How about that?
Promise: Am so devastated knowing this happening in my constituency Ketu south. Anyways am not surprised to see them but with their back, they will be well known.
Christian: These are babies with sharp iron teeth who insulted and disrespected Rawlings when he was alive. Chairman Rawlings never needed ur hypocritical memorial walk to be with His Maker.
