Nnamdi Ezeigbo went into the Obafemi Awolowo University to study Electrical Engineering amidst all the troubles and then he graduated from the university. As with every young graduate, Nnamdi patiently waited for a job but to no avail and after two years of hunting, he decided to join his friend who was in the business of repair and sales of computers (Pretty inspiring you know?)

From doing that, he was referred to fix computers for Daily Times, Standard Chartered bank and the University of Lagos and that was growth. He soon moved to selling mobile phones when they became popular in 2001. After researching about mobile and taking trips, he opened his SLOT store which is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) phone stores in the country.

Asides being the big man at Slot, Nnamdi is responsible for Tecno in Nigeria. In 2006, he brought Tecno in and is also rumoured to be the big man behind Infinix. If there’s anything to learn from Nnamdi Ezeigbo and his story, it’s that you should never put all eggs in one basket – seek for alternatives everywhere especially when what you want is not working out for you. In addition, have a desire to learn more.
