Sai Drops In WBO Ranking After Losing To Kautondokwa

Ghana’s Michael Obodai Sai has missed the opportunity of rising in the ranks and chance to battle for the world title.

He much fancied boxer is currently not among the top 15 WBO rated middleweight boxers in the world after losing to Namibia’s Walter Kautondokwa.

Prior to Sai’s last month’s fight with Kautondokwa, he was ranked number 12 in the world by the WBO.

But after he was stopped by the Namibian in round 5, the Ghanaian has lost his position after the WBO released its rankings for the month of June.

Kauntondokwa after claiming that win has moved from 10th position to the 8th position.
