Speaking at the launch in Accra, the CEO of Vodafone Ghana, Yolanda Cuba explained that the product is designed to give maximum comfort to “high clients” of Vodafone.
“Over the years, I have come to realize how critical it is for companies such as ours, to understand how to attract and retain high-value customers such as you. The tendency, most often than not, is to assume that by simply working on our products and services, everything will fall into place. That assumption is far from the truth.
