Swansea City are offering West Ham a deal worth around £18 million for Andre Ayew, but the Hammers are holding out for £20 million, according to reports in the UK.
The Hammers are reportedly happy to let Ayew leave, but they wan the £20 million they paid Swansea when they signed him 18 months ago.
David Moyes is looking to do some more business before the window closes but he may have to make some sales to balance the books and Ayew is one of the players who he is reportedly happy to let leave.
However, the Hammers are sticking firm to their asking prices for all of their players as they have no intention of selling on the cheap.
The report also indicates that West Ham would consider lowering the fee for Ayew if Swansea agrees to send midfielder Ki Sung-yueng the other way, but it is unclear if the Swans will be willing to agree to that counter-offer.
