Asante Kotoko defender Wahab Adams has eulogized the supporters of Hearts of Oak for the passion with how they rally behind their club.
According to the bulky guardsman, the Porcupine fans must take a cue from the manner in which their bitterest adversaries support their team even when they are losing a game.
‘When we played Hearts of Oak here [Kumasi], you could see they [Hearts of Oak] very small number of fans here but they still overpowered our fans and it gave their player’s so much moral,’ Wahab said.
“I will suggest to our fans to do same because football is about fans.”
Wahab joined the Kumasi giants in December 2017 from Aduana Stars – he signed a three-year deal.
