This afternoon, news reporting from Angel FM has it that, a notorious scammer who has duped several people after disguising himself as an East Legon Houses agent is finally in the grips of the Police after a CCTV camera helped in tracking him with his identity after duping an ignorant widow in a residential area.
According to Kojo Dickson of Angel FM showing the video live on TV as he narrates what the guy is best at doing after duping hundreds of people as a professional East Legon agent.
The suspect who is known as Prince Arthur aka liquor man is a big time notorious scammer who has been searched for ages by the Police after duping several people as an Estate agent.
According to the reporter, Prince Arthur will escort you to someone’s house in East Legon and tell you that this is the house for sale, which he will make a plan with his people in that very house which he will show you the various rooms in the house for you to trust his business.
And after you pay the money and he also give you the key, you will come back to meet a different group of people in that very house which has been sold to you and they will insist that this house is not for sale and so you have been duped.
According to Inspector Kwabena Danso, he is also a a scammer who has disguise himself as a dealer in cars in which he has duped many people.
With how he was arrested, a CCTV camera was capturing him on his last deal at East Legon in the neighbourhood in which he was deceiving an ignorant pregnant woman as an agent of a house. He told the ignorant woman that, the owner of that very house has traveled overseas.
The CCTV helped in tracking him with his facial appearance.
