Active Coronavirus cases in Ghana stand at 116 after the Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyemang-Manu announced that 31 persons have fully recovered from the deadly virus.
Ghana’s numbers keep dwindling by the day as the country did not record any positive case on March 30.
Speaking to the media on the number, the Minister of Health disclosed that they have run several tests on the persons and all came out negative before they were discharged.
He added that there are several protocols adhered to before a patient of coronavirus can be discharged and all that has been done.
For the lack of time, he could not tell where the persons who have been discharged were going to but said a number of them are Accra-based.
Reports indicate that the country will announce in the coming days a huge number of persons who have recovered from the disease that has caused the country to a partial lockdown.
However, the country has recorded five deaths so far one of whom is the father of aspiring Parliamentary Candidate, Bice Osei Kuffour.
