Police and Soldiers deployed to monitor locked down places in Kasoa have arrested 6 suspected covid-19 foreigners; 2 Italians, 1 German And 3 Indians.
Coronavirus outbreak has caused a massive panic among citizens of Ghana and also foreigners who have been in the country for a while.
As of the time of this article, Ghana has recorded 204 cases of the novel Coronavirus with 5 deaths posing massive fear among Ghanaians.
Six foreigners have been arrested by security personnel patrolling lockdown place in Kasoa.
According to reports, the foreigners were hiding in a coded area but they were confronted after the security personnel had several alerts from some civilians.
Prior to their arrest, the policemen went to their hiding place with some health workers and immediately conducted tests on them which showed their temperature as higher than normal.
The foreigners were then bragged to the 37 Military hospitals for checks and their blood samples were taken to the Noguchi Memorial Institute.
