See What Aburi People Did To John Mahama Today That Got People Talking

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Mahama has again escaped ridicule after displaying some sort of politics that Akyem people feels it is totally below his standard and the reactions from Akyem people was very disappointing and seeing what Aburi people did to him(John Mahama) today has really left people talking.

It is quite unfortunate that a lot of people assumption never turn out to be true because of the what eventually happened today in the Eastern Region, Aburi to be precise, despite the foul statements from the NDC presidential candidate, John Mahama, the Eastern Region residents has overlooked all he said about them.

This is what the Aburi people did to John Mahama as they came out in their numbers, chanting his name while some were holding placard to celebrate his coming and there joyous smiles on the faces of the Queenmothers who were present at the event venue.

Here is what Mahama said during his invasion of the Eastern Region,”I started my tour of the Eastern Region this morning with a courtesy call on Otobour Gyan Kwasi II of Aburi and his Council.

Aburi is a town in the Akuapim South Municipal District of the Eastern Region of south Ghana famous for the Aburi Botanical Gardens and the Odwira festival.

However, many thought that would not go near the region after the warning from the Akyem people to Mahama that he should not come to their region, because of the foul statements he made about them but reverse is the case as they gave him a warm welcoming.
