What was supposed to be a moment of reflection from his workshop organised by the Ghana Education Service GES became worrying after the motor cycle he was riding collided with a tipper truck.
Mr Richard Opoku Prempeh Adjei a teacher at Dormaa Agogo Basic school is reportedly involved in a fatal motor accident after returning from a workshop at Asuotiano in the Dormaa East District of the Bono Region.
His colleague Madam Victoria Badu who confirmed the sad incident explained that his left leg was chopped off in the accident and was rushed to the Wamfie polyclinic for urgent medical attention.
Ambulance had to convey him to Sunyani Regional Hospital for further surgical procedure.
Mr Richard Opoku Prempeh Agyei doubles as the Boss of the Wamfie circuit of the Ghana Education Service. He was a circuit supervisor.
