Updates From President’s Address That is Making Ghanaians Happy

This is the summary of the address by the president of the republic of Ghana.

The president made it clear that the number of active cases have risen from 398 cases to 1139 active cases as at Friday. It is also recorded that many of the Infections are recorded in the greater Accra region in exception of two districts.

The president asks that we continue to adhere with the coronavirus protocols very serious in these trying times. More vehicles are given to the health ministry to help in tracing of contacts.

Ghanaians are to enjoy free water to the end of December as well as free electricity for live line workers.

Health workers support packages is also still extended until the end of the year.

The president asks all political parties to adhere to the coronavirus protocols during their campaigning activities. All stakeholders should help in ensuring thta the protocols are observed.

The president made it known that the Ghanaian people are changing from wearing of the masks and other protocols but this is the time for more attention to be given to the protocols. He urge the security personnel to apply sanctions to all those who refuse to adhere to the coronavirus protocols.
