‘JM Afa’- NPP’s own Kennedy Agyapong has heaped praise on Mahama for doing this

One of the problems that had bedeviled the judiciary since independence is inadequate courts to handle criminal and civil cases particularly in the districts and municipal Assemblies. The effect of this however has been the issue of the few courts available being overburdened with a lot of cases. This has resulted in the usual adjournment of cases we normally face whenever we go to court. Assin Fosu is the capital of Assin Fosu municipal Assembly. It is one of the District that is faced with a lot of criminal and civil cases most especially land litigation. Unfortunately they used to have circuit court which does not have the original jurisdiction to handle such cases, and so they always had to go to cape coast high court seek justice.

They now lucky to have High court that settle issues of that nature. Honourable ken Agyapong is the Member of parliament for Assin central constituency. He together with the chief justice, justice Anim Yeboah Commissioned the New High court in the Assin Municipal.

In that same ceremony Kennedy Agyapong praise the NDC for starting such project. ” i don’t do Dirty politics and so what has done by previous government that worth praising must be complimented” he said. This has got many talking about it, that he show some level of maturity as far as politics is concerned.
