Media General’s network TV3 have apologised to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and Opposition leader John Dramani Mahama over what happened today involving their Representatives in Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.
According to a release, in as much as they want to promote Democracy, it was unfortunate that their show had to come to an end. They pleaded with the leadership of the New Patriotic Party in the person of the President and John Dramani Mahama in the National Democratic Congress.
They added that it will not happen again as they take steps to make their subsequent political debates better.
The fear was that the President and his New Patriotic Party NPP executives as well as John Dramani Mahama and his NDC may stop their members of parliament to avoid joining their debate.
Lydia Seyram Alhassan and John Dumelo of the NDC nearly fought on Live TV during a debate Forcing the station to go off air.
