Lady Burns NPP Umbrella: See What Happened Next

Most of you might feel that the title is quite vague or not so focussed, but the reality is that people have a narrowed perspective about Politics.

Today, knowing about Politics is turning out to be everyone’s necessity. Gone are those days when the land was ruled a king from a faraway city and you didn’t have any connection to do with what was happening on the ground. Now, we live a democratic space where you have the power to decide on what will happen in your neighbourhood. If you don’t take the initiative to influence, then someone else will.

Politics is not about holding a party flag, doing strikes, burning effigies, and doing publicity stunts. The word Politics is derived from the word Polity which refers to “A form or a process of formation of civil government”. The word Politics thus refers to working towards a Polity. In simpler terms, establishing what Polity means.

This Lady, who’s identity won’t be shown woke up this morning and Said “I hate politicians. I hate politics. But if I start to go into politics, I think I believe that I can serve more, I can help more people.”

Due to the hate she has for Politicians and Politics, she grabbed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Umbrella and lit up a fire and burnt the whole umbrella.
