Blend Aidan fruit (prekese) and ginger Together, drink to solve these diseases at home

Prekese and ginger are all natural spices which are good for helping the body to repair wounds and to produce adequate warmth for the body .

Some of the benefits of taking prekese (Tetrapleura tetraptera) is that aids in weight loss and also controls diabetes in men .

Prekese also promotes the quick healing wounds both internally and externally on our bodies .

wash the prekese or Aidan fruit in lukewarm water and gently break them into small pieces .

Boil Water in with a nice clean cooking pot with about 5 cups of water and put it on fire with very high temperature.

soak the prekese and ginger together in a bowl of water for about 30 minutes or more .

blend the ginger and the lime together and add lime or lemon juice to the mixture and allow it to stand for sometime .

This will enable it to excrete the prekese juice which is the most essential in this preparation.

Strain the mixture through a sieve and pour the content into the boiling water and allow it to boil for about 5 minutes .

You can choose to pour the juice into a bottle or a boel or maybe even a flash and refrigerate it .

You can also choose to add sugar to it and drink this every morning to help you clean your body which helps in detoxification.
