As Ghanaians wait eagerly to hear the result from Jean Mensah and the Electoral Commission. The Electoral Commission states to have received 14 out of 16 although some media houses has gone ahead to boldly predict the winner according to their analysis. In order to reduce tension and enhance transparency, the Electoral Commission states that, they have officially certified 7 results and have posted them on their website.
The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission; Mrs. Jean Mensa at a media briefing this midnight (Wednesday, 9th December 2020), she urges all Ghanaians that her outfit is looking forward to receiving the results from the two remaining regions before the body officially declares the results.

This are all the certified results which the Electoral Commission posted on their official page. They have reacted and resolved claims by the various parties. The Chairperson claims that several measures have been installed to make this year’s process more enhanced and transparent. She further stated that the results will be announce later in the day when they get hold of the remaining two regions.
Yet still one can calculate clearly and state who is winning. We can see Mahama has performed better than the 2016 elections and he is winning as well. But this debate will be solely solved by the chair person of the electoral commission as she urged all Ghanaians in their press briefing. She commended the various active media houses and admonished them to keep up the good work.
