New Testament In Tutrugbu To Be Launched


The Nyagbo Language Committee and Translators in collaboration with the Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literacy, and Bible Translation are expected to dedicate the New Testament in Tutrugbu on 28th February 2021 at Nyagbo-Gagbefe.

According to the Committee, the dedication would help in transforming lives while preserving the language and culture of the people.

The Nyagbo Language Committee is tasked with the responsibility of organizing a mammoth dedication that will bring together the entire Nyagbo communities, chiefs, and other stakeholders to celebrate the outdooring of the Tutrugbu New Testament.

As part of activities for the lunch, the Committee is targeting Fifty Thousand Cedis (C50,000.00) through fundraising to support the Nyagbo Language Committee launch of the Tutrugbu New Testament and the translation of the entire Bible into Tutrugbu.

The Planning Committee Coordinator, Rev. Charles Asem-Bansah assured people that all contributors would be duly acknowledged.

“However, l know you love the Lord and His mission to spread His Good News. It is our belief that you would not hesitate to contribute your widow’s mite to support this laudable project and claim the unlimited blessings that goes with it,” he added.

Mr. Asem-Bansah called of the residents of Nyagbo to advise each other and their friends to support the godly project being rollout.

“Be assured of due acknowledgment of the receipt of your donation on this platform and documentation for inclusion in the records of the Nyagbo Language Committee,” the Committee Chairman appealed.
