Opoku Bobie appointed Minister Designate for Youth & Sports

President of the Republic Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has named Mr. Evans Opoku Bobie as the Deputy Minister designate for Youth and Sports.

Mr. Opoku Bobie who is the member of Parliament for Asunafo North would deputize substantive Youth and Sports Minister, Mr. Mustapha Ussif if he is approved by Parliament after going through vetting.

Mr. Opoku Bobie was among the list of Deputy Ministers submitted to the Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Alban Bagbin on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 by President Akuffo Addo.

Born December 1, 1974 Mr. Opoku Bobie is the former Ahafo Regional Minister and is a banker by profession.
