NDC MP Armah Buah donates items to Awiebo Orphanage Home on his 55th birthday 

Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle Constituency in the Western Region, Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah has donated items to the Nzema Manle Child and Vulnerable Care at Awiebo on his 55th birthday.

The Ellembelle MP who emerged in Parliament in 2009 was born on May 10, 1966, at Atuabo.

The kind gesture was to give thanks to the Almighty God for giving him long life and prosperity and also to put smiles on the faces of the children to feel part of the society.

The items included toiletries, bags of rice, sachet water among others.

Making the donation on behalf of the MP on Monday, May 10, 2021, the Ellembelle NDC Constituency Chairman, Mr. Alex Mahama said the vulnerable in society must be cared for.

He disclosed that last year, the MP made a similar donation to the World Alive Orphanage Home at Esiama and said the MP would continue to show love to the vulnerable.

He commended the owner of the Orphanage for the great vision to take care of the orphans in the Ellembelle District.

He prayed for continuous divine protection for the owner and the children to live long.

He also took the opportunity to urge other companies and individuals to come to the aid of the orphanage to take care of the children.

Receiving the items on behalf of the owner of the center, Mrs. Comfort Mukey, thanked Hon. Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah for the kind gesture.

She seized the opportunity to appeal to NGOs and other individuals and also companies to come to their aid.

On behalf of the MP, she led the children to offer prayers for him and for God to grant him long life.

The Nzema Manle Child and Vulnerable Care at Awiebo in the Ellembelle District started operations some 22 years ago.
