10 Sure Ways To Treat And Get Rid Of Stretch Marks At Home

Stretch marks are a great source of worry to especially women even though the condition affects both genders.

They are scars formed as a result of the contraction and expansion of the skin due to childbirth, extraordinary weight gain, muscle building, genetic disorders etc. It is not a disease.

To fight stretch marks with Castor oil, apply it directly on the affected area and massage it in a circular motion for 10-15 minutes. Egg white is rich in protein and amino acid and that makes it a very great product for the treatment of stretch marks. To do this, extract the egg whites of two or more eggs into a bowl. Once you’ve done that, whip it with a fork until you get a smooth mix. Then wash the affected area with clean water and apply a thick layer of the egg white to the place using a brush. Let the egg white dry off completely on the skin before you wash it off with clean water. Do this daily.


4. Lemon Juice

The acid in lemon juice makes it a great source of treatment for stretch marks, pimples, scars etc. Extract the juice from some lemons and massage it gently on the affected area in a circular motion for 10-15 minutes. After that, clean the affected area with warm water. Do this daily.

To do this, extract some drops of little lemon juice and almond juice into a bowl and add a teaspoon of sugar and mix it together.
