Philadelphia Union striker David Accam has joined his new team-mates in pre-season training this week ahead of the upcoming Major League Soccer season.

In the close season, the Union signed proven MLS goal-scorer David Accam, who joined the club as a Designated Player.

The 27-year-old joins the Union following three seasons with the Fire, over which he netted 33 goals and provided 15 assists. He scored at least nine goals in each of his three campaigns with Chicago.

Since he joined the MLS in 2015, Accam is one of just six MLS players to total at least 33 goals and 15 assists in league play.
