Jan Gyamerah’s woes continue after sustaining nose injury in SV Hamburg training

Ghanaian defender Jan Gyamerah has picked another injury at German side SV Hamburg training.

Gyamerah has been unfortunate with injuries for the past two seasons.

The 25-year-old broke his fibula in training last year and was out for almost forty weeks.

He again suffered a thigh injury which prevented him from taking advantage of the side’s training camp during the mid-season break.

Gyamerah has been shaping himself up since returning to full fitness last month.

However, reports from the club’s camp indicate that he suffered another injury in training on Thursday after colliding with Sonny Kittel.

He had to stop the session as his nose was bleeding profusely which left him a dazed.

Coach Daniel Thioune is hoping to have him fit for the Saturday’s clash against Greuther Furth.

Gyamerah made only 6 appearance for the club last season.
