Ed Sheeran already has a property portfolio beyond what most 26-year-olds could even dream of owning one day — including homes in London, Suffolk and a vineyard in Umbria.
But now, he is reported to have bought three houses next to the grade II-listed farmhouse he already owns close to the Suffolk village he grew up in.
Residents of the town are said to be dubbing the area “Sheeran-ville”.
The singer, who is reported to be worth £40million, has already added a private pub (with urinals and a selection of beers on tap), swimming pool and four-room treehouse to his main property.
Ed and new fiancée, childhood sweetheart Cherry Seaborn, 25, are believed to have secured planning permission to pimp their Suffolk estate to a whole new level.
The proposed development is outlined as a “barn conversion, basement under existing barn and underground tunnel”.
This is expected to be used as entertainment rooms encompassing a cinema and music room beneath his pub, connected by underground tunnel to the main house.
Combined with the hot tub, billiards room and garage for four cars, all of which already exist, and you have a 24-hour party palace only dreams — or a lavish weekend away — are made of.
