Beyoncé makes music history with 28th Grammy

Beyoncé won four awards at Sunday night’s Grammys, making history with her 28th Grammy for best R&B performance on “Black Parade.” She has now won more Grammys than any female artist, or any singer of either gender. The previous record, which she tied with best rap song — for Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage” — was held by Alison Krauss. Trevor Noah set the stage on Beyonce’s 27th win.

Accepting her record-breaking 28th award, Beyoncé called it a “magical night.”

Taylor Swift also made history, winning a record third album of the year, for Folklore.
